Care & shipping
Crystal is tougher than its reputation and fussier than steel. A minute of care keeps a piece singing for years.
Caring for crystal
- Wipe with a soft, dry cloth; a barely damp one for fingerprints.
- No soaking, no ultrasonic cleaners, no household sprays.
- Perfume and lotion first, piece last — let them dry before it goes on.
- Flutes and plates are hand wash only, away from the stones.
- Store pieces apart, in the pouch or box they arrived in.
If a stone ever lifts, stop wearing the piece and write to us — most repairs are quick, and repairs on our own work are done at the bench for the cost of shipping.
Shipping
Stock pieces leave the bench within a week; made-to-order and commissioned work is quoted with its own timeline before we begin. Everything ships insured and tracked, double-boxed, with care instructions in the box.
We ship across the United States, and internationally by arrangement — write to us for a quote before ordering from abroad.
Repairs & returns
Most pieces can come back within fourteen days of arrival, unworn and in their box, for a refund of the piece price. Return shipping is yours, and we recommend insuring it.
Two things are final sale. A phone case is cut, coloured and set for one phone model and one design, and a crystal portrait is made from your own photograph — neither can go to anyone else, so neither can be returned. Commissioned work is the same: made for you alone. Each of those pieces says so on its own page before you order, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Damage is a different matter entirely. If a piece arrives broken, or the order is wrong, photograph the box and the piece, write to us, and we will repair, remake or refund it — final sale included. That is not a return policy, it is our mistake to fix. The rest of the small print lives with our terms & returns.
